Shipping During COVID-19
Worldwide shipping is still available during the pandemic but we may request surcharge payments for express shipping due the fast changing regulations from the post.

Yes, all parts we supply are 100% brand new genuine products.
4. How much does the shipping cost to my country and how long does it take?
Please put your required items into the shopping cart and press the ‘Check Out’ button, then please input your full delivery address and you'll find out your shipping cost. The shipping will depend on the weight of the products. You can check your shipping cost easily through our website, and also it will show you the approximate lead time of your parcel to arrive at your destination.

6. Where are the parts shipped from?
All items we sell are shipped from Seoul, South Korea.
7. What shipping method do you use and how long does it take?
We use EMS Korea Post Express for individual customers to ship items from Korea.
For business clients, we use the appropriate forwarding company for our client's desired destination.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paypal Express as the main method for individual customers but we take T/T Telegraphic Transfer for business clients.
9. Do I have to register with Paypal?
Certainly not, Paypal accepts nearly every kind of payment types without having to be registered.
Hyosung Wholesale use Paypal as the main method as it's the most recognized and secured payment gateway to use globally.
10. I can't find the parts I need on the website
Please refer to our parts catalog link below for part numbers.
11. Do you really guarantee your prices are the lowest?

12. I can't find the tracking number for my purchased parts
All tracking numbers are sent via your registered email with confirmation of shipment.
Please carefully check your email again and get back to us if it still can't be found.
13. How do I check the delivery status of my order?
All parts purchased from Hyosung Wholesale are shipped with EMS Korea Post Express.
Please visit EMS Korea Post to Track/Trace your purchased items with the provided tracking number via your email.
14. I have still not received my ordered parcel
If you have not received your package within the promised lead time of shipment, customs may have intercepted your package. You will need to contact your local post office with your tracking number and inquire about the parcel status.
15. How can I check if my parcel has been shipped?
Once your order has been processed, your tracking number will be sent via your email address within 24 hours.
