Returns Policy

For incorrect, Broken, Defective, or Damaged Products

If you receive your items and they appears to be faulty or not as described, please contact us by email within 7 days of arrival. contact@hyosungwholesale.com

 

Our customer service agents will respond to your return request within 1 business day.

 

You would be given options as below,

  • After returning your incorrect item, receive a replacement unit of the identical item ordered at no additional cost.
  • Return the incorrect item for a full refund. Refund payment will be in the same form as the customer’s original payment (Paypal/Credit Card) Customer is not required to pay for return shipping or any restocking fee.

 

 

Change of mind/cancellation

HyosungWholesale can also accept order cancellations and change of mind returns. Due to the costs involved with processing returns and cancellations, a 15% re-stocking/cancellation fee and return shipping fee will apply for change of mind returns and order cancellations.
