HOW DO I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?

All parts purchased from us are shipped with EMS Korea Post Express and UPS.
Please visit EMS Korea Post and UPS Tracking to Track/Trace your purchased items with the provided tracking number via your email.


I CAN'T FIND THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY PURCHASED PARTS

 All tracking numbers are sent via your registered email with confirmation of shipment.
 Please carefully check your email again and get back to us if it still can't be found.


HOW CAN I CHECK IF MY PARCEL HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been processed, your tracking number will be sent via your email address within 24 hours.


I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDERED PARCEL

If you have not received your package within the promised lead time of shipment, customs may have intercepted your package. You will need to contact your local post office with your tracking number and inquire about the parcel status.
